Column formwork

This advantage is especially important in the formation of columns and bridge supports. Thanks to its design, the PSK-CLASSIC formwork system makes it possible to form columns of any section with a height of up to 20 meters in one step, without creating “cold” joints. With the help of this formwork, square, rectangular, polygonal sections of columns of any height are easily performed.

The PSK-CLASSIC formwork system is a three-component system consisting of power metal crossbars, wooden I-beams and laminated plywood 21 mm thick as a shaping surface. The permissible bearing capacity of the PSK-CLASSIC formwork system in the standard version is 100 kN/m², however, thanks to the design of the panels, it is possible to increase the maximum permissible load from concrete up to 200 kN/m². 

With this formwork system, square or rectangular column sections from 200 mm x 200 mm to 1000 mm x 1000 mm can be realized. It is possible to form columns with a constant section using linear panels, a variable section using universal shields, as well as a circular section using radius shields. The dimensions of the panels allow you to gain any required height, depending on the project. The frame of PSK-DELTA formwork panels is made of high-strength steel 3 mm thick protected by anti-corrosion powder coating, and the deck is made of moisture-resistant laminated birch plywood with an increased laminate density of 220 g/m². The design of the panels ensures their high bearing capacity and is 90 kN/m²

With this formwork system, square or rectangular column sections from 200 mm x 200 mm to 800 mm x 800 mm can be realized. It is possible to form columns with a constant section using linear shields, or a variable section using universal panels. Due to the low weight of the panels, simple and easy installation is possible without the participation of lifting mechanisms. The maximum bearing capacity of PSK-MSK formwork is 60 kN/m².
