PSK-CUP is multipurpose system used as the shuttering support for monolithic and composite house building, at bridges construction, industrial and civil objects.
The PSK-CUP slab formwork is a spatial structure that forms a rigid, hingeless frame, which in most cases does not require additional stabilization by diagonal connections. The system is certified and approved for use as a slab formwork and scaffolding during facade work.
The use of the PSK-CUP system makes it possible to concrete floors of various types: flat beamless floors, beam floors, floors with capitals, caissons, as well as inclined slabs. Wooden I-beams are used to transfer forces from the floor slab to the PSK-CUP structure.
The main material for the manufacture of vertical and horizontal elements is an electric-welded steel pipe 48x3mm. The lower threaded jack and the upper threaded forks are galvanized. A set of only five items allows you to assemble structures of different types and heights. The system can be additionally equipped with fixing elements to the building structure, flights of stairs and safety elements.
Vertical elements are the basic bearing components of the framework on vertical plane. There are six standard sizes from 500mm to 3000mm in 500mm increments. They are joined with the help of connection elements according to the principle “tube-in-tube”. In every 500 mm the vertical elements have welded cup connections – “bottom cup” produced from the high-quality steel, with the attached mobile cups – “upper cup” produced from ductile casting. They provide fixation from two to four horizontal elements. The bottom cup of the vertical element is 80 mm from the base.
Horizontal elements provide the framework rigidity. They have the forged tips in the form of feathers, identical to the bottom and upper cups, with minimal extension in order to avoid damage. Every tip is attached to the vertical element with the help of cup connection. There are 11 sizes of horizontal elements from 500mm to 3000mm in 250mm increments. The length and increments of the installation of horizontal elements is determined on the basis of strength and stability calculations.
